Stephen is a Project Manager at VCS, leading bridge and structural investigation teams from the Glasgow office. Since 2014, he has worked on infrastructure projects across the UK, specializing in bridge refurbishment through detailed testing and assessment.
He recently managed a multi-phase post-tensioning evaluation project in Belgium, applying advanced NDT and PTSI methods across 4 km of tendons and delivering comprehensive reports to inform repair strategies.
Stephen’s leadership and technical expertise support VCS’s mission to deliver precise, high-quality investigative services for complex structures.
